These terms cover this page and the demo booking on it. They are not the terms for the Vizitor product, which you agree to separately when you open an account.

What this page is
It is a marketing page describing our visitor management system and offering a demonstration of it. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and booking a demo does not create a contract to supply anything.
Pricing shown here
The plan prices are indicative, in Indian Rupees, and exclusive of applicable taxes. They apply to standard configurations. Your final price depends on the number of locations, users and any specific requirements, and is confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
We can change published pricing at any time. A change does not affect a quotation already issued to you within its stated validity period.
Comparisons and third-party information
This page compares Vizitor with other visitor management products. Those comparisons were compiled from the vendors' own published pricing pages and from verified public reviews in August 2026.
Other vendors change their pricing and features without telling us. We do not undertake to keep the comparison current, and you should check the current terms with each vendor before making a decision. Product names and marks belonging to other companies are used for identification only and remain theirs.
Customer names and statistics
Customer names, logos and results shown here are published with the permission of the organisations concerned. Figures such as check-in times and volumes describe what those specific customers experienced. They are not a promise of what you will experience, which depends on your own setup and how you use the product.
Booking a demo
- Give accurate details. We use them to arrange the call and nothing else.
- The booking calendar is operated by Cal.com. Their availability and their terms apply to that step.
- We may reschedule or decline a demo, for instance where the request is clearly not genuine or is a competitor's research.
- Cancel or move a slot from the calendar invitation, or by emailing us.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer this page or the systems behind it. Do not scrape it in bulk, submit automated or false enquiries, or use it in any way that breaks Indian law.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and product imagery on this page belong to Vizitor or its licensors. You may read it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish it as your own or use it commercially without our written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the page up but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time, including its content, without notice.
Liability
The page is provided as it is. To the extent the law permits, we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this page or your reliance on the information on it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy
What we do with the details you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mohali, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you use the page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
